Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to love your BriskBuff products. If you’re not fully satisfied, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Conditions:

• Items must be unused and in original packaging.

• You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
